The Glow Up Light Supreme edition, starting June 15th, is designed to support you in tapping into the most delicious, joyful, and light version of yourself.
During the 4 weeks we will spend together, you will learn how to embody your divine feminine and masculine energies and how to utilize your dark feminine energy.
You will understand the best way to move your physical body in alignment with your energy type. Gate 46 in Human Design teaches us the importance of feeling good in our vessel, in our body. Our health and well-being are essential to the quality of life we can experience. If we are not feeling good in our bodies, it will become an obstacle to enjoying life to its fullest.
You will also learn how to eat according to your energy type and discover the 12 types of digestion so that you can start nourishing your body and mind in the most aligned way.
